Cancellation Policy

At Ladori Hair Studio, we value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

Desposit Requirement:
  • If a client fails to provide the required notice or misses an appointment, a 50% deposit will be to secure their next booking.
  • Additionally, we will need a credit card on file for future appointments.
No-Show and Last-Minute Rescheduling:
  • Clients who no-show or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice more than once may be charged the full value of the scheduled service.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we aim to accommodate your needs as best as we can. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Youth Services Policy

At Ladori Hair Studio, we are delighted to offer select youth services for ages 5-12. Our goal is to provide a serene and relaxing environment for all our guests. To ensure this, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:

Quiet Environment:
  • Our studio is designed to be a peaceful retreat. We ask that all children receiving services remain calm and quiet to maintain the relaxing atomsphere.
    Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times during their visit.
Safety First:
  • For their own safety, children receiving services must remain still during their appointment.
Inclusive Services:
  • We are committed to providing a welcoming environment for all children, including those who require additional support. If your child needs specific accommodations, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for them.
Appointments Only:
  • Please book appointments for youth services in advance to help us manage the salon environment effectively.

  3. To securely process payments for orders (Stripe);

International Data Transfers
We transfer user personal data to the following countries:

  1. Canada: Business operations are based in Canada, and data may be accessed here for service purposes;
  2. Ireland: Phorest's headquarters and data centers are based in Dublin, Ireland (within the EU, GDPR-compliant); and
  3. United States: Stripe and Webflow both process and store data in the U.S.

When we transfer user personal data we will protect that data as described in this Privacy Policy and comply with applicable legal requirements for transferring personal data internationally.

Children
We do not knowingly collect or use personal data from children under 13 years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 years of age, the personal data will be deleted as soon as possible. These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods and services that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods and services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods and services we provide. You agree to purchase goods and services from our Site at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Our Site may offer goods and services from third parties. We cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of goods and services made available by third parties on our Site.

Payments

Shipping and Delivery
When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:

  • Pick-up and local delivery are available. Customers may choose to pick up their orders in person at our studio location during regular business hours. Local delivery is available on a case-by-case basis and must be requested by emailing admin@ladori.ca or texting us at 1 (833) 325-0176. Most local deliveries will be fulfilled within 2–5 business days, depending on availability and scheduling. Shipping outside the local area is not currently offered.

Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays.

You will not be charged for the delivery of the goods you purchase on our Site.

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

Refunds
Refunds for Goods
Refund requests must be made within 30 days after receipt of your goods.

We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:

  • Good is broken;
  • Good does not match description;
  • Good is the wrong size; or
  • Allergic reactions or adverse effects.

Refunds do not apply to the following goods:

  • Limitation of Liability: Ladori Hair Studio is not responsible for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or other issues resulting from the use of products. We recommend reviewing all product ingredients and performing a patch test before use.;
  • Product Availability & Errors: We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and availability; however, we reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time and to cancel orders if necessary.;
  • Third-Party Booking Platform (Phorest): All service appointments at Ladori Hair Studio are scheduled and managed through our official booking partner, Phorest Salon Software. By making a booking, you agree to abide by Phorest’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, which govern the use of their platform.

    Ladori Hair Studio is not responsible for any technical issues, data processing, or payment errors that occur within the Phorest booking platform.;

  • Cancellation & No-Show Policy: At Ladori Hair Studio, we value your time and aim to provide the best possible service to every client. To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, we kindly ask that the following cancellation and rescheduling policies be respected:

    1. Quiet Environment: Our studio is designed to be a relaxing retreat. We ask that children receiving services remain calm and quiet throughout their visit. A parent or guardian must accompany and supervise the child at all times.

    2. Safety First: For their safety, children must be able to remain still during their appointment. If this is not possible, services may be paused or discontinued at the stylist’s discretion.

    3. Inclusive Services: We are committed to inclusivity and are happy to accommodate children who require additional support. Please let us know in advance if your child has any specific needs or accommodations so we can prepare accordingly.

    4. Appointments Only: All youth services must be booked in advance to help us manage the studio environment effectively.

    We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and serene space for all guests.

Severability
If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.

Changes
These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site.
